I am thinking of debadging the trunk and making a custom grill and was wondering if I could check yours out.

Its very simple to do the hood grille.

Materials you need:
You can order Folia Tec from Ultra Performance. Basically a sheet that you custom cut to fit your hood. Or you can do what we did and you to home depot or lowes adn buy gutter gaurd. You will also need wire cutters to cut the materal and thats about it.

To take you grille off of your car:
Open your hood and then look up behind the grille there are 4 black bolt looking things. Take those off and it should pop right out.

After that there are serveral other screws that you need to take out so that the outer edge comes off.

Then just form the gutter gaurd or Folia Tec to the plastic and then cut it.

Screw everything back together and your done. Simple! Right AngelCL
