Hey KikAzCL97

I noticed in your pics that you have what looks to be the stock wood trim around your head unit.

Where did you get that? I thought the 97 CLs only came with the black trim piece around the head unit? I have been looking for that trim for a while now.

Thanks.

JCG

LOL I must be the only one with that wood trim around my head unit. I have been ask that so many times. But its ok I dont mind, I just find it funny. All I know is that it came with the car. So, I think, if you call your Acura dealership they might be able to order that wood trim for you.

Gee, KikAz... your car is so full of "stuff" that were already on the car when your mom bought it. Interesting. First the cargo net, now this. Aren't you the lucky one

LOL... it's just because KikAz's car is soo special Anyhow, is that wood from the dealer the same faux-style stuff or what? Or is it genuine wood? For $74, I'd rather put out a little more cash and get the real stuff like Angel has in her car.

Have you seen the pics of Angel's custom wood trim stuff? I think it looks good (it had better since it's *REAL*, right?) and matches the fake stuff we already have well. I think she got it from w w w . w o o d t r i m . c o m -- I checked it out and the prices seem pretty reasonable. If I wasn't so intent on keeping my car as stock as possible, I'd most likely get what she got. Ah, well, that's just my opinion
