HELP please, info on camber kits
hey guys,
long time no see. i haven't been on the forum for almost a year i bet. i REALLY need some help with anyone that has information on these products. i need to know if the OBX camber kit for a first gen cl is any good. good as in construction quality for easy installation (no having to rig it to fit) and quality of the machinery (won't break under "spirited" driving etc..) anyone have this kit??? it's more than $100 cheaper than the ingalls kit and i'm strapped for cash. i don't want to spend the extra money, but if the ingalls is going to save my life, or if it's going to save me in the long run from a cheaply made kit.. then please tell me so. i have to order the kit sometime this weekend or monday the latest. please get back to me with any information you have. this is what i know so far..
quick info:
OBX camber kit
+-3 degrees adjustability.
Made of T6061 T6 alluminum aircraft grade metal
$195 front and rear with shipping (ebay)
Ingalls kit (from www.shox.com)
+-3 degrees adjustability
Made of ??
$300+ with shipping for front and rear
i can't find the SPC camber kit anywhere anymore.. i'd honestly like the obx though if it's going to be fine. i don't know how much longer i'll be keeping this car. maybe a year or so more so i don't want to spend any extra money on it.
i've burned through enough treads, its time i finally get the camber kit along with my new tires. i found only 1 relevant post when i searched. so please respond with any information you know about the products, cheapest to find from a reliable dealer, etc.. thanks guys. i really appreciate it.
