Help on lowering please

Hello, I want to lower my car. Any tips? What kind of springs are the best? I heard eibach is the best right? How are H & R springs though? How much should i drop my car if I get 17"s? What about 18" rims? Are springs different for different cars? Are H & R springs for acura integra's different for my first gen cl?
Will springs that fit on 94 - 97 accords fit the cl or will different years be different?

Please help this newbie!!!! I want my ride to be as sweet as all of yours.

Thanks.

yeah... when you look for suspension parts just look for the 94-97 accord. same for the engine mods.
