UPPER Control Arm Bushing.

Everywhere I look it's LOWER

i dont think anywhere has it went to 100 websites, and also called up stealerships.

How do the dealerships not have it? I say try an auto part store. Pep Boys, Autozone or whoever has to have it. Maybe an Accord one will work?

you mean for the rear suspension, right? part #31, $13 from acuraautomotiveparts.org (this is for a 97):

I dont think any place sells the Upper Control Arm bushing. I could replace it with the Energy Suspension one but kinda pointless because those squeak also.
