I have the same problem. My passenger side works...mine dosnt. When I got some leather replaced, they called and told me that the wires inside my seat running to the heat pads, they were worn down and freighed and broken. They wanted a shit load to replace everything, so i didnt do it.

But anyway, it could be like whats wrong with mine....that the wires inside the seat need replaced.

(i was told they run the wires inside the seat, along the stitching where the leather peices meet/connect. The constant in/out sitting in the seat wears the wires down because of the location their ran through the seat

**Hope this isnt the problem your having. But anyway, hope the info helps!

i got mine fixed at the dealer but it's $$$ about $750

i think if you can hear the relay click on, it's most likely the heating pad.
