header question?

I'm wondering if the '97 accord header will bolt on to a '97 2.2 CL. I've got a friend selling his for about 180, and I would love to have it. Also, I've seen the HKS exhaust for my car costs about 750, and that seems a little steep to me...Do you guys think it would be safe for me to just take it to a muffler shop, and have them do the exhaust? I need a quiet muffler also, any ideas?

The header will work if it is an EX accord, and a muffler shop could do a full cat-back for less than half the cost of the HKS, Magnaflow is a quiet muffler that i used.

If you have a 2.2CL and ur getting ur parts off a 4 cylinder accord ex (94-97 model) you don't have to take your car to the muffler show to fit anything. Exhaust and header fit it just right. It's basically the same car.
