ok, today after cleaning my car inside and out i locked the door and the alarm was on but i guess i didnt close the door completely?
when i got it ( i dont remember if i had to unlock the door ) but when i put my key in the ignition and turned it the alarm went crazy and the car wouldnt stop

i dont know whats going on. and i cant seem to get my remote to work

 

Put a new battery in your remote

 

or disconnect the battery. solves everything ....well not everything but most things

 

I got it to stop. Remote still doesnt work though. I replaced the battery and the red light stays lit for like 2 minutes then goes off.

 

You had ur trunk open? idk. I noticed it doesn't chirp when the trunk is open.

if you try locking it when a doors open, it chirps 3 times and is annoying as hell. but its not bad if you leave the door just slightly ajar and not notice you did such. it pretty much saved me..once.
