Has anyone used the Turbonator?

It seems like a joke to me but they advertise on this forum and probably many others. Since it's on $70 and can add 35hp and increase fuel efficiency 30% I figure someone must've tried it.

Anyway, I was wondering which sticker will add more horsepower to my V-Tech engine,

The "DOHC V-TECH" Sticker

Daniel Smith

Ok, on a serious note:

Daniel, Yes, we are all joking and bashing, just because we hear these questions from noobs all the time and its just gotten to be humorious. The fact is, were not bad guys that make fun of everyone, its just the question, thats all.

As far as this "turbonator" thingy goes...Yes, its fake. Most of these "products" that all claim all these gains for little $ are usaully fake and scams. The general rule is, if its too good to be true, then it probably is. Plus, if it actually was true, everyone on here would own one because $70:35hp is a kickass ratio! (usaully its more like $200:15hp (Cold Air Intake)

Anyway, next time, just do a search and you'll be able to anwser most of your questions without getting bashed by all the members...

Thanks! And Welcome to the boards! -CJ

But it makes the air spin and that makes the gas burn better and it gives you better power and mileage.

my fart can make air spin but that give me an extra 35 horse power otherwise id stick my ass out my window and shoot out big ones all day long. heres the deal with those turbonators. They force air into your engine using a patheticly small electric motor. Once you get going fast the fan actualy blocks air thats coming in faster than the motor can push in. You loose power with those little plastic turbos. Again, i can fart in my intake and ill prolly get more HP from that. I thought they would work to at one point, but its a gimmic. Welcome aboard mang, we love you, were just playin with yah

Rrrrrr.....I told them I'd call at the end of the week to see how everything is going. And I'm still waiting on $2,000 more from paypal. Finally got back $1,150 just last week, da damn mother fuckers. It's really been a pain in my ass having to deal with it.

Guys sorry I didn't search, I didn't think of it. I knew it was a lie I'm not that new, I just wanted to hear stories from people who have tried it because I knew someone had to have tried it. I never thought of buying one. Thanks for the bashing I laughed my ass of reading the posts.

i tried making a supercharger out of a dual fan setup that fits between my intake pipe and fliter.. but when i hooked it up to the switch/fuse/and battery it fried the fans.. haha

i spent 40 bucks on those freakin fans.. haha..anywho.. i still have my fire extuingisher i got ready just incase the fans blew up on me..

IMO.. if u want more power.. you're gonna have to dish out $1000+

1000+$ will not give you real power, besides a nitrous setup. the only way to make great power is if you went FI. and that will cost you thousands of $$$$$.
