Ok guys so I know I've mentioned it before but I recently took my car to a reputable mechanic in king nc and explained to him what my issue was and after taking a good look at the car he said the timing belt was off by a few hairs so after two days of working on it I get my car back and it still doing it. So I decided to take a video, below I will post a link to youtube. You may have to cutt the volume up as I used my phone to do this. You'll notice a rattling noise and shaking on the cutt off and start of the vehicle as well as shaking because I placed my phone on the steering wheel while doing this. The mechanic doesn't know what else could cause it he did say it was far from normal but seeing as the problem wasn't resolved the work was free lol. Lol yea the video didn't do it much justice. In person you can hear everything and see everything vibrate and shake. It wasn't until I got the tune up new timing belt water pump and new engine mounts egr valve and throttle body and ports of carbon cleaned out that it did it. Weird one day ill figure it out I guess.

maybe u'v got some misfiring going on? Does it run rough all the time? If it does, try to remove and replace the plug wires one by one, see if there is one that doesn't make a difference when u take it out, this means that the cylinder isn't working or misfiring. Could be a number of issues.
