H22a Injectors Vs F23a Injectors

Sup fellas..
Howzzit?
I have had my H22 for bout 2 years now... and recently it has been running really chitty... Changed the plugs and wires and all that good stuff, but it seems to be running to rich sometimes and too lean at other times.

I remember when my mechanic did the swap he kept the F23 injectors instead of using the H22 injectors. Can someone explain the differences and which would be better to keep? Is there that much of a difference between the 2? What problems will it cause if I keep the CL injectors? I think he left them alone because the wiring harness had different style connectors...
