are you using a jdm distributor, or usdm? JDM has the internal coil..i'm sure you know that but just checking.....

ebay has brand new ones, i've put one on my jdm h22a back in the day and it was perfect.

search for flyingpat, or flynpat (User id)

Are you sure they wired everything else correctly? They have everything on there wired correctly? Check the MAP sensor if it cranks and shuts off.

16 more months of this and you'll tie me in down time. After having the car run for a month, I'm currently at my 5th month of down time once again. LoL.

Ok, everyone... i am daniels mechanic, those of you that are familiar with wiring,

the obd2a dizzy was wired directly to the ecu, still no spark, there is almost no possible way to mess up this wiring, its simple concepts, i knew once i saw that single 4 wire distributor plug we were gonna be in trouble! once we get this figured out i will let you guys know, BUT in the meantime SOMEONE HAS TO HAVE A H22 IN A 99 CL!!!!

The only things i need to know are:

What Distributor do you use?
is there any specific wiring that needs to be done?

I'm not swapped into my CL, but for my prelude I found it easier to use OBDI and just hook up the external ignition coil (Used h23a distributor)

Not sure thats a help to ya, but its an option to get it up and running.

im running a p28 with an obd1 jumper harness.. switching to external coil will most likely complicate things more..

i get new dizzy tonight.. i hope it works
