ive heard of people doin it and havin aiit gains, but i think you would get more out of the entire h22. besides its almost cheaper to get the entire motor than just the head.

f23 block h22head, 2.3 liter. i think i watched a guy dyno 200whp w/bolt-ons and standalone.

a h22 head can be bought for ~$300, waayyyyyy cheaper than a motor.

Honda-tech.com in the accord forum some kid wanted to do and they were all telling him no no its to much work way to much worka nd its more expensive to get the work done then it is to just buy a h22

it depends where you get the parts from and how much you get them for. that one guy who had done the project spent a minimal amount of money, i believe.

i did read up on the h22 head with f23 block and it wasn't that bad ...
like everything fits perfectly from head to block =) but there was some downsides =/
