I believe there is only one kind of ground control coilovers. It comes with eibach springs. The one I have is for a 94-97 accord, which fits a 2.2 or 2.3 cl. I believe it lowers anywhere from 1-4 inches. you can see the pictures on their site (which they are selling for $339). btw, it's brand new in the box. comes with everything needed to install it.

ground controls are made by eibach i believe... same company that makes pro-kits and sportlines. they are a very reputable company. but i know that they use eibach springs for sure. with these coils you can adjust the height so that you can have a perfect gap (not larger in front or back). that's the reason i bought these... coz. my springs would give me a larger gap in front and in the back which annoyed the hell out of me). tell u what.. i'll charge u 10 bucks for shipping. total of 280 shipped. let me know. (that's 50 bucks under most stores). you can check groupbuycenter.com for their prices too. let me know.

it all depends on how low you drop your car. if you go more than 2 inches, i'd recommend it. i'm dropped about 1.5+ inches and im not using a camber... so is a lot of the guys in here.
