Would these work for this conversion?
- 194 / 168
- FOUR LED CLUSTER Replacement Bulb
- 4 LED's for a SUPER bright light output.
- Incredible light output for a 10mm wedge based bulb
- LED's have a life expectancy of up to 100,000 hours
- LED's are 5 times more durable.
- Immediate "ON" provides a faster response time than incandescent bulbs.
- Never replace an incandescent bulb again

Those bulbs will not be good for this swap-out because the beams come straight out. You will get hardcore hotspots in your gauges directly over where the bulbs are. Everywhere else will be dark.
You need "matrix" or "refractor" LEDs. They have 1 bulb shooting straight out and 4 bulbs shooting out to the 4 sides. This is what I used to give it a nice even look.

for the clock, if you can find a dark blue film, you can just put it over the clock and climate read out controls to show blue. i remember reading that someone used the wrapper from dasani water and it came out pretty good.

also, it doesn't help that half my lights are currently out, so visiualizing what it's suppose to look like is a bit difficult.
