I dont feel like reading this whole thread, but i have a 10W7 in a sealed box and hooked up to a 500/1. Its great. Loud and reliable. This combo is bullet proof. I have the amp mounted behind my spare tire and it hasn't gotten hot enough to shut off. Its expensive, but its something I'll be taking with me when i sell the car. goodluck

sealed and bandpass for me, im liking my bandpass box, but its not exactly what some would call "normal"

don't mean to hijack, but anyone ever get any feedback out of the sub when you turn the car on and when the car is in remote start? I don't mean soft humming, like full power... Anyone know a fix for it?
