I haven't seen anything that has helped with fuel in a CL. The only thing that I've seen that helps the fuel system/engine get cleaned up is seafoam treatment and an actual fuel system treatment hooked up to the lines. No need to upgrade the actual octane of the fuel they run on though, cuz that won't really make a difference.

I had the dealer do it once because they insisted and a couple people told me to use Techtron to maintain the car. Its been about 30k miles since the dealer did their service and Ive been putting a bottle in every few thousand miles and my mpg isnt bad at all. But Im pretty sure it works the best when you're almost empty and you pour it in, then drive on the highway for a bit. It worked for all of our cars so far
