under the hood or..back side...
drivr side or passenger side?????

Which side I should jack her up??

ouch, our filter is a bitch!!! its under the drivers side of the engine next to the firewall.

This is not a DIY job. My mechanic was complaining a lot the time I got that part done, he says the tech cut himself in numerous places.

In the 3.0 the fuel filter is next to the firewall in the center of the car. Don't know about the 2.3 . I changed mine myself, but it is seriously annoying to change. The strut bar gets in the way and your arms get tired and you have to stand in an awkward ass position. It's worth having somebody else do.

haha on the 99 2.3 its deep down inside also will change it dont care if i cut myself :-P
