Front license plate relocation

Has anybody done this with our stock bumpers/airdam? I think the plate looks shitty sitting way up and hanging off the front of the bumper and was wondering if anybody had found an easy way to tuck it under or something (or if there's even room).

u can also just flip the oem upside down, i've seen some people do that, or just mount it lower on the bumper. i did that. u have to drill two holes into the bumper though. so glad i got pa tags now. no front plate. nice and clean

I was thinking about notching out the plastic under and back from the front bumper to a license plate width and attaching the frame for it to the body back under there, kind of set in. I'll check it out tomorrow.

I just bent it and zip tied it to the black grill part - I left it off for about a year but then got pulled over for it so I did this instead

That's pretty much what I was thinking Melanie, only I have a red sox plate so in reality it's totally different. And better. I kid - thank you for the picture.

I basically want to cut out a half inch deep section of that middle horizontal bar and probably the bottom one too Then use zip ties but probably to the back of the license plate holder. Anything is better than up on the bumper.

yeah yeah yeah ....they are kinda pissing me off too and I love the yanks, so this year it's GO EXPOS!

about the plate, yea that stock holder sucks, IMO it looks better in the bottom grill even if you need to bend the plate a little
