I hand buffed. I think it might have come cleaner with a buffer, but I didn't want to have to tape off my paint. I'm not sure what that stuff would do to clearcoat if it got machined into the paint. But yeah, hand buffed, that is why it took so long. Application after aplication till I was satisfied. Took three apps of the cleaner. and a couple of apps of the pollish.

Do you remove the head light to do the sanding?
I heard that the bumper has to be taken off in order to remove the head lights.
Can somebody give me some idea how hard it is to remove the bumper?

What do you mean by "buffer from wal-mart (15.00)"? Is this electric or do you mean the pad type buffer?

Sanding works!
I used a 3M 800 grit sanding paper, followed by Turtle Wax Rubbing Compound and finished with Mother Carnuaba Cleaner wax.
I did not take a picture before the sanding, but he is the result.
