first impression of the F1 Stage 1 Racing Clutch

Well while doing some research on clutches I found the F1 Stage 1 Racing Clutch on $bay, after searching the forums for any mention of these I found alot of people saying to stay away from them, but I have to say that;

1st off the people at Gripforce where very nice they responded to all my questions quickly, they shipped my clutch kit extra fast (I did pay xtra for shipping) but they did ship as expected.

2nd the product is very nice quality, most posting of the forums stated that Exedy brand clutches are the best well I have to tell you that my F1 clutch kit from $bay came with an Exedy friction plate.

3rd this clutch kit came with a 1yr warranty so after my 750 mile breakin period if I have any problems (which I hope not) I am confident that gripforce will honor the warranty.

4th I was impressed with the flywheel the weight difference from stock was impressive and I do like the way the vtec revs up.... 8^)

so in closing I would like to lay rest to all the negative posts on this clutch kit. and I highly recommend gripforce as a supplier of replacement clutches and F1 Racing clutches as a product.....

I will repost after my breakin for a future update

just wondering....whats up with the part number on your friction disk? That part number (HCD015U) is for an Integra GSR?

A lot of clutches can be used for other cars just as long as it matches up (as far as having the same amount of teeth, diameter, etc..). So it isn't uncommon for a clutch to fit various different cars.
