First EVER! Acura CL Carbon Fiber Hood...PICTS!!!
NOTE: To all members: This thread was posted to discuss the CF Hood in general. The Other CF Hood Thread is for the 20 GB members only. Please post your responces to the CF hood & Picts here, and not in the GB Members CF Thread.
Hey Everyone, I called VIS today and the hood arived. I Just spoke with Carlo and he said he would hopefully be leaving soon to go test fit and take picts of the hood. The thread is for General discussion of the CF hood and its picts.
Carlo will hopefully be posting pictures up within the next few hours.

Sorry for the PRE-TEASE....The picts should be up soon. Basically, I just wanted to start this thread so that the picts and discussions could be posted in here. The point was to post this thread now, to inform everyone the hood is here, and so that every member dosnt jump into the GB CF Hood Thread posting whatever, and turning page 11 into page 23....

Hey...sorry...its almost 8pm cent. time....6pm Cali time. I thought Carlo would of had picts posted by now. Im sorry for postin this thread. Basically it was to inform everyone (some probably dont check the other thread) And I basically wanted to start this thread so therefor not everyone would post in the CF Hood GB Thread. That thread is already on page 11....we dont need 60 members posting about the hood, creating like 10 more pages.
The other thread should be for the members in the GB to converse, and post updates about the hood. (Keep in mind, we still have a long road ahead of us....19 more hoods to come.
So basically that thread needs to keep clean w/o a bunch or whoring.
Im sorry. I really thought Carlo would of had picts up by now. I posted this thread because I figured he might just post the picts in our GB thread and it would get with like 10+ pages of whoring.

i was supposed to test it today... but my grandfather is in the hospital so i was visiting him. sorry if this disappointed you guys, but it was a no brainer when it came to CF or my family.

It's good to see that the test hood finally came in and looks great. Kind of makes me wish I bought one back when the group buy started. Congrats to everyone who stuck it through.

Hey Guys, Sorry But We're Not Open Weekends And I've Got Family Parties...but Monday Morning, We Are Going To Test Fit The Hood And The Pics Should Be Up By The Afternoon. Also, I'm Going To Be Gone All Of Next Week For Sema, I'm Leaving Tuesday. Won't Be Back Until The Weekend......soo I'm Glad That The Hood Came In Today! The Rest Of The Hoods Shouldn't Take More Then 2 Months To Make.......vis Should Be Able To Make Those Suckers Fast Now That Mold Is Done And The Hood Has Been Made...they Will Probably Make Hoods And Send Them As They Are Done Instead Of Waiting For All 20 To Finish....but First Off, Gotta Put It On A Car Before Anything Else!!! Sooo Monday It Is!!

this aint the first carbon fiber hood for the cl's. but it looks fly as hell. cant wait to see it on a black on black. might just have to try and cyfe me one of them.

well....kinda like first mass produced CF hood for the CL's. Im sure VIS will probably just start selling them now after they are finished with ours. ...So, first mass produced by a company....cf hood...
