Ugnhh, after getting my Alpine Type R 6.5 comps like 3 months ago, I finally got them fitted in my car. They were sooo deep. I had a friend of mine help fabricate a spacer out of plexiglass and we fitted them..surprising thing is that i didnt have to cut anything. (well we got rid of the stock plastic baffle). I didnt even have to cut the grill...i've heard of ppl who had to do this when they had big speakers? :shrugs: well, just wanted to share the good news with you guys...i think im going deaf...
