EGR Valve for sale
I found my extra egr valve and the lil pipe needed for to fix the egr valve problem. all you'll need is the gasket which i don't have.
if your car is out of warranty, you'll probably need it. I got ripped off and paid $200 for it from the dealer. give me a price for what you want it for.

it's some kind of manufacturing defect it causes the carbon to be build up in the Exhaust Gas Return valve thus clogging it. it's such a common problem that acrua extended the warranty for it of the 97 and 98 models. but i've seen a few members w/ higher mileages and doesn't covered by the warranty anymore.
so if anyone still need one, let me know

when your check engine light come on, it's most likely the egr valve problem. do a search on how to read the CEL code.
as far as i know, all you need is to take off the old valve, replace it w/ the new one and a new gasket. but you'll also have to take off the intake manifold and drill out the carbon build up in there. honda/acura has a special drill bit that will stop at the required depth b/c you don't want to drill thru the egr chamber. but you can do it yourself w/ a regular drill bit (3/8" i think) but just be REALLY CAREFUL ON NOT TO DRILL THRU!!! and insert the lil pipe that comes w/ the valve. reinstall everything and you're done.
i'll try to see if i can find the TSB w/ the instructions if you need it.
