driver sided LED light...

Does anyone know if there's a fuse for the red LED light on the drivers side that blinks when the alarm is activated, the reason i ask is cause mine doesn't seem to blink anymore and this happened about 2 days ago, how do i know if my alarm will still work if i don't know if the LED light is burnt out, a blown fuse for it, or if say the "theft deterrent" isn't functioning properly which may be preventing the light from blinking line normal?

get inside your car, dont put the key in the ignition, lock the car with your remote and then try getting out without using the remote or the unlock button (manually flip the lock-click thing). the alarm should go off i think, then you know its working.

The chances of the LED being blown are slim - if you feel that is the problem, here are steps to go about replacing it. There is no fuse for the LED alone.

otherwise the LED has nothing to do with the alarm functioning correctly. A way to test your alarm would be to roll down the window and use the remote to activate the alarm. Reach inside of opened window with arm and open door (unlock door manually - not using power locks ect..
