Hello,
My first post so please be gentle. I own a certified pre-owned 99 3.0CL and my extended warranty just dropped in Sept. My dealer wants $145 to replace my door handel and I'm wondering if I could do it myself or if the aggrivation would be so great that I should just pay the bloody ransom. Please advise.
Also, approacing 80K miles and first signs of trans beginning to slip. Dealer road tested to confirm and basically said not to worry at this point, but either consider it's time to start looking for a new ride or ride it out and get new trans down the road. Any thoughts, suggestions?
Thanks

Inside door handle or outside? Both are pretty straight forward, I have a spare passenger exterior handle if you need one.

Door handle diy (99 3.0CL)
Hey 97 Black,
Wow! very kind of you to offer, but it's the inside drivers side handle. Can you still provide any details about the procedure?
