Done Searching, Now for the Newb Question

I am looking for CAI for the 1999 3.0 CL. In searching I found that the 98-02 Accord L4 Intake #21-416 (AEM) will fit the 2.3. But does that include the 3.0 also? Will I need to make a hole for the intake? And lastly take a look at this ebay item, I want to make sure it will fit. Thank You.

You need to look for the CAI for the 1998-2002 Accord V6.

Here's a pic of the lable (the "P" stands for polished--it comes in several colors).
