dome lights + ignition?
is there any way to make the interior lights come on when the ignition is turned off? my sisters civic does this and its a 2000 (just 2 years newer then my CL). I like this feature because i park in a dark area at work and it would just be nice.

My response was not lame...or helpful, but still not lame. I like the chicken response also .
I also don't like the fact that the light shuts off as soon as you close the door. Even my sisters G20 didn't do that. Hers would slowly dim so you're not in pitch blackness trying to adjust your eyes while some murderer is staring right at you and you can't even see them until it's too late.
Okay...You can't wire it to the door because it will think the door is always open and screw up the arming system and everything else and won't shut off ever. What you can do is wire the alarm to turn on the dome light whenever it's not armed.

My old car had an alarm with a wire that supplied ground when the alarm was disarmed. Once you stick the key in the ignition, it automaticaly disables any alarm functions and should then turn off the light.
