Does this clutch kit/flywheel look good?

There is also a exedy clutch, pressure plate, and fidanza flywheel deal on their for 369 shipped. Should I spend the cash on it? I'm looking for something that will grab a little better, but Don't really need the best. Thanks.

from what I have found I would just go with the exedy stage 1 on ebay for 240 shipped and then if you want buy around a 12pound flywheel seeing how the flywheel that comes with the exedy kit you found would probably be to light for our cars

Right, but I am having trouble finding anything close to the quality of the exedy/fidanza one I found. The link I put had an exedy clutch, but is pretty vague on the brands of the other things...I want to get the flywheel at the same time because a buddy of mine is putting it in for me, and rather than get in there and find out that it needs resurfacing, or replacing I will just get it now. The only problem is the fidanza is 8 lbs, where I want to stay 10+ lbs, but it is a really good deal....I am torn.

I have heard some pretty bad things about them, like going out in just a few months... Still doing research on clutches, and flywheels.

I got the exedy/fidanza fw. You could really tell a difference when it was first new, but now that I have put about 1000 miles on it. It feels pretty normal now. But when you shift at real high rpms in into second and third. It does break traction.

The first time I did it, i feathered it into first to eliminate wheel spin ran up to about 6k rpms, and to my surprise everything in my pocket under the cd player, fell out. Thank you wheel hop.... Still cant find the lighter that was in there.

My kit says it only comes with the Release bearing. Should I get any other bearings/seals to replace while I'm in there?

Definately get a honda throw out bearing.

I'm going to replace my clutch with the exedy stage 1 eventually. It's the best bang for the buck. Can't go wrong.

I went with the chromoly flywheel for the simple reason that it can be shaved just like the OEM flywheel. I believe the Fidanza comes with aluminum inserts
