distributor cap + rotor

I'm gonna replace the plugs + wires + distributor cap + distributor rotor next week. Already have a source for the plugs and wires, I'm getting the NGKs. What cap + rotor should I get? And where can I get them online for cheap??

Also, WTF is a PCV valve?? If it isn't hard to replace I should do that too...

i bought a cap and rotor from autozone and the cap fit great but the rotor had the screw hole drilled in the wrong part.. well i took it back to get another one, and guess what... wrong hole so i go to advance autoparts for a totally different brand guess what.. wrong hole. so the moral to my sorey is just go to the dealer and get a stock replacment rotor, but the cap you should be ok going with autozone. wait do you have a 2.x or 3.0?
