Did I ruin my car!!! Please answer

Hi ,the service engine light was on for 2 weeks . I Ignored it like a fool.
Now My car seemed to stick in a gear reve up and lurch forward. NOW it won;t start at all. When I turn the ignition it just clicks and all the dash lights blink like a Christmas tree. I have a 99 Cl with 152, 000 miles. Its been an awesome car!
after I got an oil chage that lihgt came on. Could some thing gone wrong there?
Please tell me what may be the problem and is it worth repairing.
thank you ,

Take it someplace, any place! Doesn't sound good at all. Not trying to be a smartass, but if its as bad as you make it out to be I wouldn't be asking us I would be asking a mechanic.

A couple of things are going on here.

1. Most likely you should start with power. I would imagine your battery is dead and possibly your alternator is ruined.
2. An electrical bus undervolt would cause problems with the pcm/ecu. In the 99, drive train control is in the pcm. This would cause issues with shifting.

So you need to check the batery wolts/amps under load... Autozone, replace if needed.
Check Alt function... Autozone, replace if needed.
Reset the pcm... Unplug "-" negative terminal for 30 seconds, if or when all else checks out.

Good luck.

You might be able to jump it, try that to get to Autozone for the test... or call AAA.

But if you drive it to the shop... Be gentle on the throtle.

it sound like all of the above, but keep in mind that if you get all of this fixed and it still doesn't work, try reseting your alarm. It may sound stupid but i noticed that alot of people's alarms have been on the fritz lately.
