if they are new...yes. I got mine brand new for $275 shipped. I shopped around and found that to be the average price on ebay.
Once you get them , they are a breeze to put in. Just remove the three screws and the metal clip outside the light housing. Grab three 1/4" washers and use the old screws to fasten them back in. Sounds weird but if you look at it, it ill make sense. Also, if you have lots of $$ get an extra set of headlights and send them to Vxcl. He is known for making custom projector setups. Which is really the way to go with hids. I will be doing my own lil projector project here once i get the funds! hope this helps.

3oo is a good price. for bulbs & ballasts. u wont see them less than $250. i dont know how you would get them new unless some1 knocked over a bmw parts truck that happend to have them. they go for easy $180 a bulb and $800 per ballast at a dealer
