D@mn! Clearcoat peeling???

Hey I was just washing my car earlier...and I noticed what looked like some funky stuff on the rear bumper...I rubbed it a bit with my sponge, nothing. So I ran my finger over it - and some of it came off! It's like my clearcoat is peeling off, or at least that's what it looks like? This happen to anyone else? Anything I can do about it? Also, a lil below that I've got a 1/4" paint chip, should I pull the hanging paint part off and touch up the "hole"?

One more thing for the experts: Anyone figure out a way to clean around the "Acura" and "3.0CL" logos? I can't seem to get the caked up sheeeit out from around there that the previous owner left...

Thanks, -Michael

I just went out to put my lil sunroof visor back on...and I checked the bumper again. I couldn't find that spot again (white car, hard to tell), but I ran my hand all over the bumper, and the bottom of the driver's side feels like it's clearcoat is totally gone! At least you can't see that part...

I don't want to debadge the car. I want it to look stock on the outside and on the inside. Now if you pop the hood or the trunk...hehe lookout! I'm just wondering if someone has used some kind of cleaner that will eat up the crud that I can just wash off.

mines a green 97 CL...and its peeling, im sure we can probably just have a body shop sand all the whte puffyness off and apply a new clear coat to the area...i can only see mine when i stand right by the back cuz its on top of the spoiler so i dont wanna pay all the money to have it redone...im thinkin about just re-painting the whole car...any color scheme ideas?
