CWEETCL - Suspension

This is directed at cweetcl or anyone else with airbag suspension... How much does that cost? for the complete set up? And are there any other mods required? Sorry if this sounds like a stupid question but, I have no idea... thanks for any input... peace out.

Hello depending on where you buy your air setup from most of the time it is around $1'500 or less just for the parts. a system installed is usually $2'500 or more but i install them myself i have installed it on a couple of other rides to it is all bolt on but you may have to cut out a little square under your hood where the ball joints come up and hit the top of the fender. and they are air cylenders i would not recomend the strut bags because they dont get as low as cylenders. a fast kit completely installed at a shop here runs $3'000 and they keep your car for 2 days (THE HACK SHACK)

i have them as well, but i never heard of cutting squares out. all the stuff we sell is strictly bolt on. some cars require you to grind down the rear bushings for the forks to sit over them. it is ok to do, i am on a first name basis with the owner of the hack shack (actually in the process of becoming the hack shack pa store, which isnt just a dealer for them, but a franchise!) and they do the same thing. anyway, some of the mods are running air hose, wiring for the relay, commpressors, pressure switch, switch box, gauges, connecting the fittings, installation of the cylinders, and then if you like to tweek the system you can add slow down valves, frame bump stops to save the undercarriage if you like to pancake alot, accumulators, etc...
