Cutting fender well

alright everytime i eye my camber to be adjusted to the correct amount i lower it down and it hits my fender wall. i knwo it has to be cut out to keep it as low as i want but what and how deeply does it need to be cut. I dont want to just go in with my cut off tool and start hacking. anyone got instructions on how to do this?
Plastic need tio be cut? or inner fnder? do i cut through or just shave it? how much needs to be hacked out?

u eyed the camber with the car jacked up? if u did its gonna hit cause its cambered out too much. the tire tilts in and out with the spring compression, if its jacked up its gonna look cambered in more than it really was, so when u adjusted it out to what it looked like it was good it really was WAY out. i think most tire joints can install camber kits, pretty cheap, or atleast adjust it with a lazer.
