what do you mean you can't get the ww lip? We've had a group buy going for weeks .$60 cheaper than getting it through ww. Here's the link

So my girl keeps tellin me that I shouldn't do black with a polished lip like these, because it's "too much black" even though that's kind of the theme i'm going for. I think the polished lip compliments the silver acura "A's" and the trims around the windows. She keeps telling me to put my chrome enkei's on, but hey what do girl's know. But what do you guys think? I think the chrome would ruin the look i'm goin for, especially with the black ww lips and the c/f hood, plus they're only 17's. I want black wheels, but i'm torn, cuz she keeps tellin me I "need more silver" but what do girls know?

Here's a shitty pic of the chromies that I have, but I really am leanin toward black. And I think i'm gonna sell my 5 lug conversion.

17" Enkei spiders, they don't even make these anymore, but now that i'm doin the hood, tint and lips, I don't think chrome would look right, opinions?

Ditch those chromes, you definately want the black on clack... That is so fucking hot. Nice look for your whip. I would like to have seen your's, Klepto's, Agranado's and crackhead's, oops I mean Ayougo's cars next to one another... That would be the sickest. Sadly to say, I think the look of the CF hood would be pretentious on the Mistress, but I don't know. I still gotta get my new spoiler painted and mounted, and the chips and stuff fixed on my paint job. It will run me around $400. Wow, just shy of the cost of a CF hood... Shoot.

She's understanding to a point, she wants me to put the chromies on, because I sunk a bunch of money into buyin them, and gettin the 5 lug conversion, then decided i wanted a different look. She understands my hobby/addiction, but she def gets on me everytime parts show up(which is all the time) And why you hatin on my black wheels that I want if you got the same ones as klepto, the ones i want look a lot like klepto's, bit of a different style though. I am sellin my 4 lug to 5 lug conversion if anyone is interested. They're custom made spacers (you can't buy these anywhere) they were custom machined. The do a 4x114.3" patter to a 5x114.3" pattern. I'm lookin to sell them for $400 what I paid for them, if anyone's interested, pm me and i'll send pics. They're brand new, never installed.

^what are you doing? i'm trying not to buy anything and u gotta bust out with the 5-lug conversion! sooooo, tell me more about this spacer...does it just slip on or do u have to do some hard labor, cuz you know for sure the 97 rotors are a bitch to work on. u got picture of it?

It's just a spacer. It's 2 pieces, first part is the 4 lug part, you seperate the 2 parts, bolt your 4 lugs right to it. Bolt the second half on, and bolt your 5 lug wheel right to it with new lugs (included)

Here's the back with our bolt pattern

Here's a shot of the 4 of em together right out of the box

Here's the 5 lug conversion, i unpacked them and sat them on the shelf, they're now packed back up in plastic, never been installed.

They space out your wheel about an inch, that's the only real problem with them, but if you put some fender flares or widebody which was my original intent, then no problems. I don't even think they will stick out beyond the wheel well that much, cuz there is an inch or two of overhang. Just gotta be careful when slamming with big wheels

Lemme know if anyone is interested, before I put em on ebay. Like I said, these are one of a kind and were specially machined for me by a company in Kentucky to my specifications. They're made for our lug pattern.

Nah, I dont have one. But I would just go to autozone or whatever and buy one. I am just unsure of the size. The book I have for my old accord doesnt say what size of socket.

i dont know if u can open that nut by hand. u might need an impact gun to get that off. after they put it on they usually tap the nut on one edge to secure it in place. u'll know what i'm talking about once u look at it.

Yeah, i saw that the other day when I did my brakes. i knew that bolt had to come off as soon as I saw it. In the book I have it says you can do it without an impact wrench using a pry bar to stop the axel from spinning.
Its not that I cant do it, its a do I want to do it thing.

BTW Sorry Chris

Got some pics of my tint up in my old photo thread, not quite as dark as the photoshop, but it looks damn good. I'll get some day shots up sometime this week when it stops raining
