Conversion Opinion
This guy I know does crazy conversions. He turned a 94 Toyota Tercel into a 3 series Bimmer. I was thinking about putting 5 series lights on my whip.
Any Thoughts!!

they're was a few people who switched out their lamps for other lamps... but it always looks awkward because it doesnt really go with the flow of the car...
in my oppinion.. it would be a waste of money and time..
besides.. the first gen CL lamps are awesome! plenty of ricers trying to get their hands on a set

You're much better off doing a projector retro, blackout the headlights or do your body color if black will clash with the car. I'm a body color fan, but that's just me. I like the look the new 360 Modena's have and the new Vettes.
Cheaper, less time, and will work better with the look of the car IMO.

If you have the money and you like the look go for it. You are the one who has to live with it. Does not look to bad to me, I have seen much worse on this board. It would just add a little more variety to the CL world.

I think the 96+ Prelude headlights will look good. Cause these two cars have the same squarish body lines. But don't just do the lights, do the whole front end. I'll try to photoshop some for you when I get the time.
