cold air intake system

I bought a 97 2.2cl in december. It was totaled within 3 weeks by a kid that hit me with no licence. I bought a 97 3.0cl in january. I am going to soup the shit out of it and i was planning on buying a cold air intake system for it preferably an aem system. However the only ones i can find from any company are for the 98 or higher model year cl. I was wondering if it is possible to even put a cold air intake in my car and if so an aem system?

i believe mike is right because ther was no V6 94-95 honda accord and the V6 of the 96-97 is very differetn from the newer model V6. go with the 98 v6 accord aem system.

If you're interested in the original AEM CAI for your 3.0CL, here's the product #:

The "P" in this example stands for "ploished". There are several colors to choose from.

He has a 3.0CL, not a 2.xCL. The CAI for the '98-'02 Accord fits perfectly (my pic above).
