Clutch pedal hit the floor. Already replaced slave cylinder

Ok heres the story. I have a 97 2.2 5 speed. I flew through 1st and then 2nd then i went to 3rd and the pedal just hit the floor. I pulling into a parking lot and pulled it up. It then regained pressure but i couldnt get it into gear. So i started it in 1st and it started moving with the pedal down. I got it home. Looked at my slave cylinder and saw some fluid so i said ok ill replace it. I did that and bled the thing to no end and it still wont go into first that easy. When i release the clutch i can feel vibration, also the release point is like a inch off the floor. I looked under the dash at the master and its not wet down there. Any ideas? I have searched and have not found anything it could be. I have the helms on hand but still dont know what it could be. Let me know. Thanks

I just talked to my dad. He said it sounds like the pressure plate. Could this be true. He said the vibration in the pedal isnt right.

I think im going to replace the master first. Its a whole lot cheaper. Then if that dont work ill replace the clutch. Does that sound right?
