CL Spotting: I-270, just south of Gaithersburg, MD
You: Red 1st Gen CL cruising in the HOV lane going at least 90 mph (I was doing 70 mph).
Mods that I could see: Drop and exhaust (I'm sure may more).
I have too many point on my license, or I would have chased after you.
BTW: It was about 11:30 am, Thursday morning.
