Question Christmas tree of lights and more

First off, like every light on my dash is on. ABS, CEL, Airbags....

I cleaned all the sensors on my rotors and I still cant get the ABS light to go off?
It doesnt stay on when i start the car, but once i hit about 10 mph the ABS light pops up.

With the check engine. I think it has something to do with this: I can be driving all nice and smooth down the road at about 50-60mph and all of a sudden the car feels like you hit the brakes or drops a gear or something, because it will just stop keeping pace and decelerate. It will continue to do that until you hit the gas and it seems to pop out of whatever it is. Does anyone have an idea for me?

they said something about 2 transmission codes and 1 tps code. one of the codes was telling the light to come on, the other was a dealer only transmission code and the 3rd was a tps sensor. could the tps sensor really have something to do with the car jerking like that going down the road?
