cd player removal

cd player removal

how do you get it out


i installed my short shifter and i had to take the hole dash apart
and still couldnt get the big panel around the cd playor off so i had to wedge my hand onder and uscrew the shift boot to put it in is there an easier way?????

It's really easy. Just pry off the trim around the radio and clock, unplug the hazard lights button and the clock stuff and than you have your radio showing. Than you will find two bolts below the radio that you loosen and than slip the radio up and out Hope that helps

What he said... just wrap a flathead in cloth when you pry off the trim so you don't scratch it.
