How do you know it's getting clogged?
Who's telling you it's clogged?

are you running rich? If your cat keeps getting clogged there's an issue with your engine that it keeps emitting high hydrocarbons, carbon monoxide, and oxygen, more than should be processed by the catalytic converter.

i just cahnged my spark plugs about 3 months ago (NGK Iridiums)

would o2 sensor spacers work to lean out the fuel mixture and solve my problem?

If you're talking about the secondary O2 (after the cat) no that won't do anything to improve the situation. All that sensor does is throw codes if your car isn't converting enough exhaust. It has zero influence on any changes to how the car runs.

Yes it does have something to do with performance, if you're not converting enough exhaust at the correct emissions level the O2 sensor will send a signal to the PCM to make the car run leaner to decrease the amount of emissions

stay away from that crap. replace your o2 sensor to get oem spec. Anything you do to modify the o2 sensor is only going to complicate things. The more complicated you make things the harder and costlier its going to be to fix.
