catalytic converter

hi guys,

Will an 94-97 accord cat fit my car? I need one since I will get the OBX header soon..

isn't it the 98? I think the 97's had a different V6 and then in 98 they came out with the 3.0.

Now don’t quote me on this one cause I’m not sure my self on how reliable this is!
This one mechanic guy told me that instead of replacing exhaust I can just replace my cat. con. to a high flow cat.conv.………now the question is how true is it? And please try to stay away from ooh your mechanic is dumbass blah blah ……. Honest opinion

You can just replace the cat. You can also just replace the exhaust. Not sure what youre trying to say.

Replacing the cat without an exhaust would not have the same gains as just replacing the exhaust.
