No wonder carparts.com service was so slow, they were getting rid of their inventory to be absorbed into JCWhitney.
This sucks because JCW only carries second-rate items where carparts carried the good name brands and a better selection of items at good prices. Oh well, another one gone.

Not long ago JCWhitney started new section Sports Compact or something and there they have good stuff.

Order free catalog for that section and you will see.
It's small catalog yet, though.

i ordered on jul 31 right before they took them over. i heard nothing for like 3 days and i couldn't check on my package. finally i got a tracking number off the internet and my optima battery will be here tomm. i used a coupon so it only cast me 130 shipped to my door!!! now if my pullies werent on fuckin back order for like 2 weeks and my damn header just shipped today and i ordered it a week ago and i hope when i got off the phone from wings west my lip has already been shipped. then i will be happy.i got to go back to school in less then 2 weeks and i want my parts before that.

My battery died two weeks ago and I bought an optima too. Those batteries kick ass. I only paid $124 at a local "Batteries Plus". They had them in stock.
