Thanks again for the update Carlo, guys Carlo is not going to rip us off. He has given you no reason to believe that he is. He has provided you with all of his information, and where he operates his business. If he was going to rip us off, he would't have given his info to people especially in cali like recycled paper who could show up at his shop if he was ripped off. I'm sure the hoods are just taking an extra long time, hopefully they quit dicking with Carlo, and the test hood shows up today or tomorrow. As for

!!! Well Crap! I understand these things take time, but I swear, if that hood isnt in by Friday Sept. 30th, Im definitly going to be upset. Especially since VIS told us the hoods would be in our hands in 9 weeks (end up Sept.)4 more days....until things get ugly!

haha acura3.0CL, so far things have been going pretty slow with carlo and the hoods, but i dont think the contract is a big part righ tnow, since carlo's boss is good friends with the owner of vis, i doubt they're going to do any sueing or whatev.
hopefully we can get it soon though, i know that carlo and vis don't really give as much of a shit as we do since they already got their end of the bargain, but i trust carlo and i know when the time comes, he'll provide the goods.
not to mention im local

Guys, relax. Carlo won't rip us off. Since he was/is an official vendor, the admins checked him out fully and found him to be legit, otherwise they would have never made him an official vendor.
And, as has been said before, he hasn't been posting much because there isn't much to post...we're just playing the waiting game now, and that's the most torturous.
Also, if I had an inkling of a doubt that he'd rip us off, I wouldn't have joined in on the group buy.
I know how you guys feel, my hood's been busted for a while and it eats me up everytime I see it, so I'm as anxious as the rest of you guys to receive the hood. But it will be worth the wait when we receive it
