Just curious, do you minde posting what you payed for it.
The reason I ask, I am thinking of selling my 98, which has 37K miles on it, but not sure what I can get for it.
If you are not comftrable posting it, but dont mind sharing it, you can e-mail me at suss1173@aol

I can confirm the car has the Bose sound package with in-dash CD and tape deck, which work well. Additionally, the car has all power options; cruse control, sunroof, factory allow wheels (five star style), power windows, locks, A/C, heated seats, etc.
The body has some door dings on the driver's side, and the front and rear bumper have some minor parking lot scuffs. Both bumpers could be re-sprayed and would look new. Other than the issues mentioned, the exterior is in very nice shape; there is no rust and the paint shines well. Due to the bumper scuffs, and door dings, I would rate the outside a 7 out of 10, keeping in mind this car is almost 14 years old, some might say its a 9 out of 10.
The inside is in very nice shape, there are no cracks on any of the seats, the floor mats, which are the original mats, have some stains on them, but those can be replaced. I would rate the interior a 9 out of 10.
It would be great if some of the CL fanatics could give me some insight to the value of this ride, maybe a high price and low price for the described vehicle. That would help me decide wether or not its worth it for me to sell.
.
I hope this is not hijacking the thread, and if the moderators need to move it, please do so.

I think it matters what area you are in to how high the demand is for the car. I have seen low mile CL's for sale around here high 4500 and low 2600. I do not know if any of these sold, that is just what they were asking. These cars had a little more than 37k on the odometer but all were under 80k which in my opinion is pretty low miles for a car of this age

How many people are selling a 1997 3.0 CL with this kind of mileage, I don't know? As an avid car fanatic, I would not use standard stats when it comes to something as rare as a 14 year old car with 36k miles.
After looking on flee Bay, Cars.com, AutoTrader, ect, the asking price sounds like a reasonable place to start, none the less its posted obo. So if you are in the market, you can make me an offer.
Anyway, thanks for the positive comment and bump

My car has less than 50000 miles on it is extremely clean, but i would never put it up for 8000$, its way too much!! If i decide to sell it, I'll start at 6500$ and go down from there...

$8k
You'll need to find one hell of an enthusiast to sell anywhere near that price. It's just not a sensible price, unless you were some nut job fan boy.
