bumpstops

i was wondering if anybody has ever taken their bumpstops completely out? is it safe? i want to take mines out because i already cut mines down to an inch, but i still am bottoming out. what else is there to do to prevent me from bottoming out other than taking out the bumpstops?

actually, the reason why its so bouncy is cuz its resting on the bumpstop, so by it not touhing it would make it not bottom out thus making the ride smoother

I blew 3 struts within 2 days after trimming my bump stops by 1/2!

Be very, very careful!

Personally, I wouldn't do it!

Yeah, definately think about raising the car up. You will blow out your struts. I don't think you want to replace the KYB's. Stock struts cost enough already.
