I was in a store in downtown nawleans yesterday when the lights flickered a couple of times. People got pissed because they thought the power problems up there were related to the "surge" in the story there. It was hilarious. One lady was like, "we can't stay in this heat without air conditioning". I about shit my pants laughing at their stupidity.
That sucks clstyle. At least you can have an HID lit dinner...
