B&M Tranny Cooler #70255 Any good
This was on the black market and I wanted to know if its a good tranny cooler cause I am lookin to get one. Also is it ok to use with a S/C cause on the competch site for the tranny cooler its says not for cars with s/c. Also which would be a better one the comptech or t his?

from what i know, you want a tranny cooler that automatically opens and closes based on the temperature of the coolant. that way you dont continue cooling the tranny fluid even if its cold, as tranny fluid has a minimum temperature to maintain. the B&M is a really good cooler. i know that the supercharger requires a smaller battery and a tranny cooler among other things, and i think it comes with the comptech cooler. regardless, they're the same, although i would think that the B&M is a bit better.
hope this helps.

the fluid only has to be warm to be operable.
the major problem is the size of the cooler. mine is around 9" wide by 11". and it barley fits.
